Development Expertise Center (DEC)

Development Expertise Center (DEC) is a civil society organization committed to improving the lives of children, youth, women, and the community. Through its five core programs: Child Wellbeing and Education Development, Gender and Life Skills Development, Employable Skills Development, Advocacy, and Humanitarian and Emergency Response, DEC strives to realize its vision of aspiring to see all children and youth well-being fostered.\r\nDEC has been engaged in promotion of voluntarism and philanthropy for the past 15 years and more. It has a strong system that supports the effort of volunteering and philanthropic organizations including associations, community based organizations and so on.
