SAVE THE GENERATIONS ORGANISATION

Save the Generations Organization (SAGEO) a community based organization (CBO), registered in Malawi under the Local Government Act and incorporated with Mzuzu City Council and the Department of Social Welfare; certificate number MCC/SW/10/17/10. The organization was founded on 27th June 2003, by a group of active young people with the realization of a pivotal role that the youth have to play in addressing the serious social, economic, and political challenges facing young people and other vulnerable groups in Mzuzu City and beyond. The organization was established with the following objectives:
1. Promote education and skills development.
2. Promote gender equality and social inclusion.
3. Promote Active and responsible citizenship among young people.
4. Promote environmental and social protection.
