. Promote volunteering by Ghanaians as a critical national development tool.
2. Design and market volunteering programmes (in line with the SDGs of the UN) to address national challenges.
3. Provide the platform for the sharing of information, skills and experience

5. Organize and support the organization of volunteering events in Ghana (e.g. International Volunteer Day (IVD))
6. Initiate and organize an annual Volunteering Award Programme to acknowledge outstanding Volunteering Organizations and Volunteers in the categories agreed upon by coalition members.
