AFRICA DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE (ADI)

Africa Development Initiative (ADI) is a National None Governmental / Profit Organization
registered with relif and rehabilitation Commission (RCC) in the Republic of South Sudan, it was
founded by concern African citizens from both Uganda and South sudan as clarion call for
providing humanirarian- based services through community empowering, sustainable life chanting
skills to marginalized group of people and families (of the underprivileged and disadvantaged
community women, older person, children and youth), translated in our strategic approaches and
thematic with defined objective adapted in social-economic programs and to promote peacebuilding
and effective governance, while integrating our values of respect, impartiality, quality,
accountability, advacacy and innovation in all our work.
ABOUT US
We have adapted to a service approach that is leading ADI to become the largest national
humanitarian and development organization in South Sudan and Africa too, based on
professionalism and experience providing relief and socio - economic support services to the
needy communities.
Africa Development Initiative sustain and enhence the quality and standard of professional
workforce as it’s primary objective and embrance it’s values, since they determine how the
organization interacts with beneficiaries, partners and the public, the organization will utilize
community capacities to implement community developmental interventions through effective
involvement of existing support services and technical assistance and to promote sustainable
community capacity building mobilization, participation and contribution. ADI has a deep
interest in participating in the area of social mobilization and community developmental work
and has undertaken challenges in community development activities whereever demand and
feasibility is favourable, including clean water supply, community health promotions, harm reduction,
democractic practices and peace, education to children.
Our support for communities at the forefront of their own development includes bringing
together local leaders, governments, civil society and the private sectors to achieve a shared
vision of a more just, prosperous and equitable global community.
