Unique Care and Support Foundation (CASFOD) is a Nigerian National Non-Governmental Organization dedicated to supporting children and women.
CASFOD envisions a world where individuals in even the most remote communities have the ability to create opportunities for themselves and others.
The mission of CASFOD is to improve the socio-economic status of communities and promote sustainable development through collaborative partnerships.
CASFOD designs and implements programs aimed at alleviating the hardships faced by women and children during emergencies, while also empowering them to develop resilience.
Currently, CASFOD's strategic focus areas in line with our 3 year strategy include Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH), education, protection, nutrition, and livelihoods, all of which are vital for the well-being of children and women. CASFOD efficiently coordinates with the United Nations coordination system operating in northeastern Nigeria and coordinates with other organizations in northwestern Nigeria.
