Vision of our NGO
Our NGO envisions a transformed communities in Botswana where women and their families thrive by receiving comprehensive counseling services, mental health support, and empowerment through manufacturing businesses, aiming to reduce the occurrence of gender-based violence (GBV) and foster a more inclusive and equitable society

MISSION
Our core mission is to empower women and foster a mindset shift that enables them to thrive in traditionally male-dominated industries. We firmly believe that empowering women not only benefits them as individuals but also uplifts families, communities, and the entire manufacturing sector.

GOAL
Our NGO aims to shift the mindset towards self-sufficiency and economic independence by providing women with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to start and successfully manage their manufacturing businesses.
By focusing on the manufacturing sector, we aim to create opportunities for women to become self-reliant, financially independent, and active contributors to their communities. We believe that economic empowerment plays a crucial role in improving the lives of women and fostering gender equality.
