About This Opportunity

stakeholders from academia, civil society, the public and private sector. It is key that initiatives foster spaces for knowledge-sharing and stimulate discussion, learning, and change around issue-specific or crosscutting themes linked to the applicant’s participation in a DFC supported learning or research activity.
Requirements
Danida Fellows Network. You are automatically a member if you have participated in a Danida
Fellowship learning programme, been supported through a Danida Master’s scholarship or
affiliated to a DFC administered research project (a DFC activity).
✓ For Danida fellows from research projects, the initiative must be anchored in the
country/countries where the Danida-supported research has been or is implemented.

✓ Inform the national Danida Fellows Network in your country (if there is one):
Activities/events may or may not be open to the general public and include external
partners and stakeholders. In any event, the national coordinating group must be informed
in good time when and where the event takes place, so that that they may assist with e.g.
contact to the Danish Embassy or sending out invitations to alumni.
✓ Respect the grant timeline and complete grant reporting: The activity must be
implemented by the end of the current calendar year. DFC must be informed if a delay is
anticipated.
✓ Publicise and communicate: It is the responsibility of the organising team to ensure that
the activity is widely publicised for all relevant participants well ahead of the event. Note
that in connection with all public communications concerning the event, it must be stated
that the grant was provided by Danida Fellowship Centre and the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs of Denmark.
